These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to 15 Words // 30 Seconds, a TikTok Mini Game operated by NEURAL CRAFT LIMITED ("we", "us", or "our"). By opening, playing, or sharing content from the game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
Platform Terms
The game runs inside TikTok. Your use of TikTok and TikTok Mini Games is also governed by TikTok's own terms, policies, community guidelines, and platform rules, including TikTok's Terms of Service. If these Terms conflict with TikTok's required platform terms, TikTok's terms control for your use of TikTok and its services.
The Game
15 Words // 30 Seconds is a fast word challenge. The goal is to submit valid English words that match the current prompt before time runs out. The game may include:
- Timed play.
- Practice play.
- Tutorials.
- Local scores.
- Result screens.
- Sharing features.
- Sound and haptics.
- Ads where enabled.
We may change, balance, add, or remove game features, prompts, scoring rules, content, ads, or availability at any time.
License
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play the game for your own entertainment through TikTok. You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, or sublicense the game.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or extract the game except where law expressly allows it.
- Use bots, automation, cheats, exploits, or other unfair methods to play or affect scores.
- Interfere with the game, TikTok, other players, or related systems.
- Use the game for unlawful, harmful, abusive, misleading, or commercial purposes without written permission.
Scores, Progress, and Availability
Scores, high scores, settings, tutorial status, and recent result summaries may be stored locally through the TikTok Mini Game environment. Local data may be lost if TikTok storage is cleared, the game is reinstalled, the device changes, or the platform changes how storage works.
Sharing
The game may let you share result cards or related game content through TikTok's sharing features. You are responsible for anything you choose to share, and shared content must comply with TikTok's rules and these Terms.
Ads and Rewards
The game may display ads, including interstitial ads or rewarded video ads, if enabled. Ad availability, delivery, frequency, and measurement may depend on TikTok, ad partners, device settings, region, network availability, and other factors.
Intellectual Property
The game, including its code, design, artwork, audio, text, prompts, scoring systems, and other content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. TikTok, Douyin, and related platform names, logos, and SDKs are owned by their respective owners.
Feedback
If you send us suggestions, bug reports, ideas, or other feedback, you allow us to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.
Privacy
Our collection and use of information in connection with the game is described in our Privacy Policy. TikTok may also process information under its own policies.
Disclaimers
The game is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that:
- Scores, progress, result history, or share links will always be preserved.
- The game will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device.
- Ads, rewards, bonuses, or monetization features will always be available.
- The game will remain available in every region or TikTok environment.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or use, arising out of or related to the game or these Terms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the game or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us to use the game in the six months before the claim or USD $10.
Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or stop providing the game at any time. We may also terminate or restrict your access if we believe you violated these Terms, TikTok's rules, or applicable law. You may stop using the game at any time.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above or provide notice where required. Continued use of the game after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which NEURAL CRAFT LIMITED is established, without regard to conflict of law rules, except where local law requires otherwise.
