BambinoTrack Baby Tracker is provided by OhMyApps. This Privacy Policy explains what BambinoTrack stores on your device, when optional features may send limited information outside your device, and the choices you have.
BambinoTrack is designed to work offline first. The main baby care data you enter is stored on your device. BambinoTrack does not operate a server-side account system or cloud database for your baby records.

Data Stored On Your Device
BambinoTrack may store the following data locally:
- Baby profile details, including name, birth date, optional sex, and optional avatar image.
- Baby care event records for feeding, diapers, sleep, growth, vaccines, activities, reminders, and notes.
- Event notes and encoded event details.
- Vaccine plan items generated from the selected region and birth date.
- App preferences, selected language, permission state, and reminder settings.
- Cached reference advice used by Home and related screens.
- Optional AI consent and optional weather lookup settings.
This data is stored using Apple platform storage such as SwiftData, UserDefaults, Keychain, and app files. Local data remains on your device unless you choose to export it, enable an optional feature that sends limited context, contact OhMyApps, or use Apple platform services such as iCloud backup according to your device settings.
Optional AI Features
AI features are off by default. They require Pro entitlement, explicit AI consent, and a configured BambinoTrack backend route before any AI request can be made.
If enabled, BambinoTrack may send relevant context to BambinoTrack’s Cloudflare AI proxy and downstream AI provider for optional reference features. This may include voice transcripts, parsed event context, baby age, daily summary metrics, recent growth context, and weather context for clothing reference suggestions.
Provider API keys are not stored in the app. Provider credentials stay server-side.
AI output is reference content only. It is not medical diagnosis, treatment guidance, clinical advice, or a replacement for a pediatrician or other qualified professional. You can revoke AI consent in Settings.
Optional Weather Lookup
Weather lookup is off by default. If enabled, BambinoTrack may use an approximate location lookup and current weather service to estimate city, coordinates, and temperature for clothing reference suggestions.
Approximate weather data is used only for the weather-backed reference feature. You can disable approximate weather lookup in Settings.
Apple Permissions
BambinoTrack may request the following Apple system permissions:
- Microphone and Speech Recognition for optional Pro AI voice input.
- Photos for selecting an optional baby avatar image.
- Notifications for local reminders.
These permissions are optional. Core manual tracking still works if you decline them.
Export and Deletion
You can export events and vaccine plans as CSV files using your device sharing tools.
You can also delete local BambinoTrack data from Settings, including baby records, events, vaccine plans, cached advice, AI consent, and preferences.
Information OhMyApps Receives
OhMyApps does not receive your baby records during normal offline tracking.
If you contact OhMyApps for support, we may receive information you choose to send, such as your name, email address, message content, screenshots, diagnostic details, device details, or reproduction steps. Do not send private baby data unless it is necessary for support and you are comfortable sharing it.
When optional AI features are enabled and consented, BambinoTrack routes AI requests through its Cloudflare AI proxy for generation only. Optional AI requests are controlled by the AI consent setting.
Tracking, Analytics, and Advertising
BambinoTrack does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.
BambinoTrack does not use optional AI, weather, Speech, Photos, or Notifications permissions for advertising tracking.
Third-Party and System Services
BambinoTrack may rely on third-party and system services only for specific app functionality:
- BambinoTrack Cloudflare AI proxy, Cloudflare AI Gateway, and downstream AI providers for optional Pro AI parsing and reference advice when AI consent is active.
- Approximate location and weather services for optional weather-backed clothing reference suggestions when weather lookup is enabled.
- Apple Speech Recognition and Microphone services when you start voice input and grant permission.
- Apple Photos when you select an avatar image.
- Apple Notifications when you schedule reminders and grant permission.
- Apple App Store services for app distribution, purchases where applicable, updates, and refunds.
Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Children
BambinoTrack is intended for parents and caregivers. It is not directed to children under 13, and OhMyApps does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
Security
BambinoTrack minimizes data transfer by keeping core tracking data on your device and making optional network features consent-gated. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but the app is designed to limit what leaves your device.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above.
