ConvertNumber is provided by NEURAL CRAFT LIMITED. This Privacy Policy explains how ConvertNumber handles information when you use the iOS app and related services.

Summary

ConvertNumber is a language-learning calculator. It helps you see and hear numbers and calculation results in different languages.

  • We do not require you to create an account.
  • We do not ask you to enter your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or precise location.
  • Your calculation history and app preferences are stored locally on your device.
  • The app uses third-party services, including Google AdMob, Google’s User Messaging Platform, Firebase Analytics, and Apple StoreKit. These services may process device, advertising, purchase, consent, diagnostics, and usage data as described below.

Information We Handle

Information stored on your device

ConvertNumber may store the following information locally on your device:

  • Calculation expressions and results shown in the history list.
  • Selected language and app settings.
  • Local app state needed to keep the calculator working as expected.

This local information is not uploaded to NEURAL CRAFT LIMITED servers by ConvertNumber. You can remove local history in the app where deletion controls are available, or remove the app from your device to delete the app’s local data.

ConvertNumber may show ads through Google AdMob. Depending on your region, consent choices, and Apple tracking permission settings, Google and its partners may process information such as:

  • Device identifiers, including advertising identifiers where permitted.
  • IP address, approximate location, device type, operating system, and app version.
  • Ad impressions, ad interactions, frequency capping, fraud prevention, and aggregated ad reporting data.
  • Consent choices collected through Google’s User Messaging Platform.

Where required, ConvertNumber asks for consent before requesting personalized advertising or tracking-related access. If you do not grant tracking permission or do not consent to personalized advertising where consent is required, the app may still show contextual or non-personalized ads.

ConvertNumber also includes Firebase Analytics. Firebase may collect app usage, device, app version, diagnostics, and related analytics information to help us understand app performance and improve the product. We use analytics in an aggregated way and do not use it to create a personal profile inside ConvertNumber.

In-app purchase data

ConvertNumber may offer optional in-app purchases or donations through Apple StoreKit. Apple processes the payment transaction. We may receive transaction status information from Apple so the app can complete the purchase flow, but we do not receive your full payment card details.

Speech feature

ConvertNumber may speak calculation results using the system speech features on your device. The app does not use the microphone and does not record your voice for this feature.

How We Use Information

We use information handled by the app to:

  • Provide the calculator, number-language display, speech playback, history, and settings features.
  • Show and measure ads.
  • Remember consent choices where required.
  • Understand app stability, performance, and usage trends.
  • Process optional in-app purchases or donations through Apple.
  • Comply with legal, platform, security, and policy obligations.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some privacy laws define “sale” or “sharing” broadly enough to include certain advertising technology disclosures used for personalized ads. Where those laws apply, we provide the choices described in the “Advertising Choices” and “Your Rights” sections.

We may share or make information available in the following limited situations:

  • With service providers that help operate app features, including Google AdMob, Google User Messaging Platform, Firebase, and Apple StoreKit.
  • With Apple as needed for App Store distribution, purchase processing, crash diagnostics, and platform services.
  • When required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, NEURAL CRAFT LIMITED, or others.
  • In connection with a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to appropriate protections.

Advertising Choices

You can control tracking permission for ConvertNumber in iOS Settings. You may also be able to update advertising consent choices inside the app if a consent form is available in your region.

Data Retention

Local calculation history and preferences remain on your device until you delete them, reset the app data where available, or uninstall the app.

Advertising, analytics, consent, diagnostics, and purchase-related data may be retained by Google, Firebase, Apple, or other service providers according to their own retention policies and legal obligations.

Children’s Privacy

ConvertNumber is a general-audience app and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through ConvertNumber, please contact us so we can review the situation.

International Processing

Third-party providers may process information in countries or regions other than where you live. Those locations may have data protection laws that differ from your local laws.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information handled by the app. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection related to personal information. Because ConvertNumber does not require an account and stores calculator history locally on your device, the easiest way to control local app data is through the app’s deletion controls or by uninstalling the app.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
