These Terms of Use govern your use of ConvertNumber, an iOS app provided by NEURAL CRAFT LIMITED. By downloading, accessing, or using ConvertNumber, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.
App Purpose
ConvertNumber is a language-learning calculator. It helps users explore how numbers and calculation results are written and spoken in different languages.
ConvertNumber is provided for general educational and convenience purposes. It is not a professional financial, accounting, legal, tax, engineering, or translation service. You should independently verify any result before relying on it for important decisions.
License
Subject to these Terms, NEURAL CRAFT LIMITED grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ConvertNumber on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store rules and applicable Apple terms.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the app.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code except where applicable law allows it.
- Interfere with the app, ads, analytics, security features, or third-party services.
- Use the app for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
- Remove or obscure copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
User Data and Local History
Calculation history and preferences may be stored locally on your device. You are responsible for managing your own device, backups, and local data. We are not responsible for lost local history, deleted settings, unavailable backups, or device-level data loss.

In-App Purchases and Donations
ConvertNumber may offer optional in-app purchases or donation items. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple’s payment, refund, and subscription rules.
Unless clearly stated otherwise in the app, donation-style purchases are optional support purchases and do not create a separate service-level commitment, unlock guaranteed future features, or change these Terms.
For refund requests, billing issues, or purchase history questions, please use Apple’s App Store support channels.
Ads and Third-Party Services
ConvertNumber may display ads and use third-party services such as Google AdMob, Google’s User Messaging Platform, Firebase, and Apple platform services. Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, ads, websites, services, or policies.
You agree not to manipulate, automate, or fraudulently interact with ads, purchase flows, consent prompts, analytics, or app platform services.
Accuracy and Availability
We work to make ConvertNumber useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee that:
- Calculations, language conversions, translations, pronunciations, or speech output will always be complete, accurate, or suitable for your purpose.
- The app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on every device or operating system version.
- Any particular feature, language, design, or third-party service will remain available.
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time.
Intellectual Property
ConvertNumber, including its design, software, name, logo, text, graphics, and other materials, is owned by NEURAL CRAFT LIMITED or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
App Store Terms
Your use of ConvertNumber is also subject to Apple’s applicable App Store, Apple Media Services, and device terms. If these Terms conflict with mandatory Apple terms that apply to your download or use of the app, the Apple terms control to the extent of that conflict.
Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for ConvertNumber, except as required by applicable law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to ConvertNumber if you violate these Terms, misuse the app, create legal or security risk, or if we discontinue the app.
You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConvertNumber is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. This includes implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEURAL CRAFT LIMITED and its owners, employees, contractors, partners, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, device issues, or inability to use the app.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to ConvertNumber or these Terms will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid to use ConvertNumber in the 12 months before the claim or USD 10.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NEURAL CRAFT LIMITED from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of ConvertNumber, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
Applicable Law
These Terms will be interpreted under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under the laws of your country or region.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of ConvertNumber after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
